Fitness Connection is a locally owned family gym in Dexter, MO. We have recently acquired new owners who are dedicated to bringing changes to Fitness Connection to bring it to it’s full potential! We have a 9000 sqft family gym that provides a clean, safe, and well managed work out center. Our team strives on helping you in any way we can, and we love hearing feedback & suggestions from our members. Everyone fits in at Fitness Connection, because everyone starts somewhere! We have gym members at every level from beginners to bodybuilding competitors! Feel free to stop by anytime to talk about memberships, our meal prep service, our free fitness classes, or our one on one personal training. We look forward to seeing you!

Top notch place to get in a good all around workout. They’ve got free weights, resistance machines, and cardio equipment. I don’t use it but they also offer aerobic classes and yoga. I like it because it’s open 24 hrs., it’s well maintained, and clean.

Love Fitness Connection. Great equipment, friendly personnel, reasonably priced memberships, and nice to be able to go at your convenience as a member. Also, I love the Zumba Gold class on Monday and Wednesday. Best instructors you will find anywhere!
