Zumba Gold

Low impact class that modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting out.

 

HIIT Dance Fusion

A workout designed to build endurance, speed, agility, cognitive function, and sustainability. This is an hour toggling choreographed HIIT and dance. HIIT burns calories while dance motivates continual movement during resting stages. You can expect to do squat/plank challenges, burpees, lunges, star jumps, running in place, and jumping jacks along with basic dance steps like grapevine, salsa, and hip hop.

Beginner HIIT Dance Fusion: An hour designed to provide basic instruction of most requested songs. Three to four songs will be covered to provide instruction of foot placement, importance of form, and tips to help participants get the most out of their favorite dance choreography and repeated multiple times to support learning and memory. This class provides specific instruction to move participants to the more advanced level of HIIT Dance Fusion.

 

Circuit Training

16 different exercises done in about 45 seconds, rest for 15, and then move onto the next. Typical exercises include step ups, jumping jacks, jumping back squats, lunges, kettlebell deadlifts, and jump rope.

 

Kickboxing

Looking for a butt kicking workout? Kickboxing is for you. In a one hour class you will sizzle your booty through punches, kicks, and toning abdominal exercises.

 

Yoga

A great exercise for strengthening and defining your entire body, with provided modifications for all poses from beginner to advanced levels.

 

Spin

A great way to get in a vigorous workout burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape by warm-ups, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc.

 

Fit to Fight

A conditioning class that mixes cardio, muscle work, and self defense into an intense workout. Learn how to defend yourself while also developing that fighter body.
